STARTING 4/16/2010 THERE WILL A YARD WASTE BIN LOCATED BY THE GARBAGE BINS, THERE WILL BE A $3.00 CHARGE. YOU CAN PAY AND ALSO GET THE KEY FROM SECURITY. THERE WILL BE A CHARGE EACH TIME YOU USE THE YARD WASTE BIN.

STARTING 4/16/2010 THERE WILL ALSO BE RECYCLE BINS FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE.

ABSOLUTLY NO TARPS IN THE RESORT. EXCEPT IN THE TENT AREA.

We now have 2 rental units that are pet friendly contact Security for information 360-371-5006.

Guest site fee is $38.00 + sales tax.

There will be a $1.00 Utility Charge per day for Beachwood and KM Members and $2.00 charge per day for Affiliates.

Please do not leave your RV unattended overnight, if so you will be charged $38.00 + sales tax per night.

We now have laundry facilities located in our tent bathroom area.

We do not provide mutt mitts.
Please bring your own.

All Rental units will be Smoke Free and Pet Free except certified service animals. Please provide certified documents at time of arrival.
